Mike Davies is a self-employed furniture restorer and letter carver based near Cardiff in Pontypridd South Wales.

Mike has over twenty-five years experience covering all aspects of antique and modern furniture restoration including, traditional upholstery and French polishing. An accomplished letter carver, Mike now produces commemorative benches, house signs, signposts and any other article that requires traditional hand cut lettering.

I am now offering a hand hewing service specialising in adze work. I will travel country wide to either hew timber from the round or to adze sawn timber to match existing work please contact me for details.
